GREENWICH, Conn. (AP) - The son of billionaire Peter Brant and former model Stephanie Seymour has been charged with resisting arrest, possessing narcotics and refusing to pay a $28 taxi fare.

Twenty-year-old Harry Brant was arrested in his hometown of Greenwich, Connecticut, on July 20. The Greenwich Time reports (https://bit.ly/2aD6NOD ) he was released on a promise to appear in court Aug. 4. His lawyer declined to comment.

Police say Harry Brant stiffed the cabbie, struggled with officers and was caught with narcotics.

In January, Seymour was charged with drunken driving and other crimes in Greenwich. The charges will be erased if she completes alcohol abuse treatment and other conditions.

Brant and Seymour’s other son, Peter Brant Jr., was charged with assaulting a police officer at Kennedy airport in New York in March.
