ATLANTI9C CITY, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a woman has been fatally shot in Atlantic City.
Atlantic County prosecutors say the 37-year-old woman was found around 11:20 p.m. Sunday by police who responded to reports of a shooting.
The woman was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Her name has not been released.
A motive for the slaying has not yet been determined.
Authorities declined to comment further on the shooting, citing the ongoing investigation.
