MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Officials say a 22-year-old inmate at the Shelby County Corrections Center has died after an argument with his cellmate.

A news release from the jail said the death of Leonard Nelson on Tuesday was originally thought to be a suicide but is now being investigated as a homicide, based on his injuries. The motive is still being investigated, and no charges have been filed.

Corrections officers found Nelson dead in his cell just after 11:30 a.m. He was serving time for aggravated burglary and sexual exploitation of a minor.
