PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with the shooting of two women in Providence last weekend.
Jimmy Seth, of Cranston, was caught Tuesday in North Providence.
Investigators say the 21-year-old Seth shot two women on Health Avenue on Sunday apparently over an earlier argument. Maj. David Lapatin says the women ages 19 and 34 were walking by and were not the intended targets.
One was shot in the shoulder, the other in the wrist. They were taken to the hospital but their injuries were not considered life-threatening.
It’s not clear if Seth has a lawyer.
