HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Police have released surveillance video of a man they believe killed another man who was walking home from his brother’s wedding in Pennsylvania’s capital.

The video released by Harrisburg police on Tuesday shows a tall, thin black man walking down a street. It’s not clear whether the video depicts the suspect before or after Sunday’s death of 32-year-old Steven Esworthy’s.

The coroner has determined Esworthy died of a single hard blow to the back of the head.

A witness told police they saw a black man searching through Esworthy’s pockets after he was down after first seeing the man with an oak stick as he approached Esworthy early Sunday.

The Lower Paxton Township man died before emergency crews could arrive.
