PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a teenager who was a passenger in a car that was reportedly street racing is dead following a collision with another car.
Phoenix police identified that victim of the accident Sunday in west Phoenix as 17-year-old Jonathan Guardad.
According to police, the 23-year-old driver of the car was severely injured. His identity was not released.
The accident occurred on West Thomas Road near North 47th Avenue.
