CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming authorities say two bystanders saved a 17-year-old boy from drowning in a reservoir.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1PePoVn ) that Natrona County Sheriff’s Sgt. Aaron Shatto says someone from shore saw the teen struggling in Alcova Reservoir Sunday afternoon and swam out to save him. Shatto says a nearby boater noticed and pulled the teen and the person from shore onto the boat.

Shatto says the teen is in stable condition at Wyoming Medical Center. His identity has not been released.
