DOVER, N.H. (AP) - Two witnesses whose testimony helped convict a New Hampshire man of murder will testify at a hearing to dismiss the verdict.

Twenty-year-old Tristan Wolusky was found guilty in October of first-degree murder in the 2014 stabbing death of 18-year-old Aaron Wilkinson.

His attorney filed a motion asking the judge to set aside the verdict, saying evidence shows Michael Tatum and Zachary Pinette lied during Wolusky’s trial.

Foster’s Daily Democrat reports (https://bit.ly/1Ph0vx4 ) prosecutors say a hearing held Tuesday in Dover determined that Tatum and Pinette will not invoke their constitutional right against self-incrimination, meaning they will testify at the upcoming hearing.

Tatum and Pinette are each serving a minimum of 30 years in prison for their involvement in Wilkinson’s death.

Prosecutors say an evidentiary hearing is scheduled for August 15.
