NEW ORLEANS (AP) - JetBlue plans to add nonstop service between south Florida and south Louisiana starting this fall.

The once-daily route is slated to operate round-trip between Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and Florida’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport beginning Sept. 29.

The New Orleans Advocate (https://bit.ly/1XiSRGL ) reports the airline said Thursday that the flight brings to 46 destinations JetBlue offers from the Fort Lauderdale airport, including connections to the Caribbean and Latin America.
