RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Richmond Police have arrested a third man in the fatal shooting of a 12-year-old girl
Officers said in a news release that 22-year-old Davarn Hancock of Chesterfield was served with a homicide warrant on March 13. Authorities say he was in custody on another offense.
Hancock is charged in the December shooting of Amiya Moses. Police said at the time of the crime that the shooting stemmed from a neighborhood dispute, and that Moses was caught in the crossfire.
Twenty-year-old Dwight Q. Jackson and 20-year-old Shaquille D. Maxwell were arrested shortly after the shooting and charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
