PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say a 3-year-old girl ingested crack cocaine outside a day care center in Philadelphia.
An employee at the Works of Learning Early Daycare on Tuesday noticed the child was chewing on something. Police say the worker quickly identified the substance and the girl was taken to a hospital, where crack was found in her system.
Investigators are trying to determine where the cocaine came from.
