MOUNT HEALTHY, Ohio (AP) - A 12-year-old Ohio boy faces charges after authorities say he brought a toy gun to school and made threats just days after a shooting injured students at another southwest Ohio school.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports ( ) the Mount Healthy Junior High School student was charged in Juvenile Court with aggravated menacing, illegal possession of an object indistinguishable from a firearm in a school safety zone and consuming intoxicating liquor. Mount Healthy is about 15 miles north of Cincinnati.

Police say the boy was arrested at school Wednesday after being found with the toy gun and a cup of wine.

In a second incident in southwest Ohio on Wednesday, a Wyoming High School student was arrested for threatening fellow students. Wyoming police say they’ve increased their presence at the school.
