CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A Casper man will be sentenced on charges related to $1 million worth of damage at a mine.
The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1UTL5oR) Mark Faulcon pleaded guilty Tuesday to felony property destruction, conspiracy to commit property destruction and conspiracy to commit burglary.
Adam Melikian has also been charged in the case and has pleaded not guilty.
Both men are out of jail on bond.
The mine reported the damage to police in January.
Faulcon faces up to 10 years in prison and restitution that is not yet set.
