CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Two former employees have settled a lawsuit alleging that Fred Fuller, owner of the now-bankrupt Fred Fuller Oil & Propane Co., sexually harassed them in the workplace.

The Concord Monitor reports (https://bit.ly/27fGO3M ) the suit dates back to June 2013, when the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Fuller on behalf of the two female employees.

One woman claimed that Fuller touched her breasts, used inappropriate language and requested sexual favors for years at the company’s former headquarters in Hudson. She quit in July 2011.

The second plaintiff made similar allegations and was fired less than a month after telling Fuller that she would file a discrimination complaint.

The pair was awarded $2.7 million and $1 million, respectively, in the settlement. Attorneys for both sides didn’t respond to requests seeking comment.
