JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say a Jacksonville man was electrocuted while trying to restore power to his house.
Sheriff’s Sgt. H. J. Rivera tells the Florida Times-Union (https://bit.ly/1VUefFu ) the electricity went out at the man’s home on Wednesday evening.
Rivera says the man died while trying to fix the problem. His body was found near the electrical supply box behind the home.
Officers say foul play is not suspected.
The man’s name has not been released.
