SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) - Pinal County authorities say a man and woman are in custody after a dead body was found on the side of a road in San Tan Valley.

County sheriff’s officials say 33-year-old Chad Jenkins is being held in a Maricopa County Jail on a homicide warrant.

They say 24-year-old Danielle Kinyon was arrested in suspicion of murder and theft of means of transportation for allegedly stealing the victim’s vehicle.

Sheriff’s detectives had been searching for Jenkins and Kinyon after 32-year-old Curtis Fish was found dead Monday evening.

Investigators say Fish had been shot multiple times and they’ve recovered a 9mm semi-automatic handgun believed used in the incident.

They say Kinyon and Fish lived together and allegedly got into an argument over a car the night before the shooting.
