YORK, S.C. (AP) - An assistant Rock Hill high school principal accused of having sex with a student is facing new charges.

Police said 30-year-old Andrew Williams turned himself in Thursday on one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and five counts of disseminating obscene material to a minor. Warrants say Williams sent explicit videos and photos of himself to a 16-year-old student on SnapChat and asked that she send photos of herself.

Last month, Williams was charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and one count of illegal conduct toward a child.

Authorities say he threatened to take the teen and her sibling away from their mother, coercing her by threatening to harm her school records and promised protection from bullies only if she complied with his demands.
