KENDALL, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a western New York man already accused of using drugs and alcohol to sexually assault young girls now faces child pornography charges.

Orleans County authorities say 67-year-old David Perry Sr. had about 15,000 images of child pornography, including some of children as young as 2.

Perry had been arrested in March on charges that he forced five young girls to become intoxicated. Authorities say he then forced them to undress, took explicit pictures of them, and had them perform sex acts.

The Kendall man faces 15 child pornography counts on top of other charges that include endangering the welfare of children and sex abuse.

Perry is jailed on $250,000 cash bail. He’s expected in court on Monday.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Perry has an attorney.
