OSO, Wash. (AP) - Fire crews are battling a roughly 55-acre wildfire that began Thursday evening several miles west of Oso.

KIRO reports (https://kiro.tv/1X6j3qf ) that firefighters from Snohomish County and the Department of Natural Resources are tackling the blaze off that began around 6 p.m.

A DNR spokesman tells KOMO (https://bit.ly/1Onc0I2 ) that the fire is burning along a slope in a logging area off Highway 530. Investigators haven’t yet determined the cause of the fire.

There are no reported injuries.
