NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Motorists are facing heavy traffic delays in downtown Newark.
Police say Mulberry and Centre streets are expected to be closed for brief periods Friday because of college graduations.
Ramapo College is hosting a commencement ceremony beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Prudential Center and Rutgers Health graduation will take place at 8 a.m. at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center.
Motorists should allow extra time and plan alternate routes.
