KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - Authorities have recovered the body of an 18-year-old who drowned in the Blue River in Jackson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol identified the victim as Hsar Htoo, of Kansas City. The patrol says he was wading in the river Friday when he slipped into deeper water and didn’t resurface. His body was recovered Saturday.
