SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) - Falling debris from a building in downtown South Bend has forced closures of surrounding streets.

Police say streets were not expected to reopen until Sunday.

The South Bend Tribune (https://bit.ly/1WyzhKc ) reports that plywood covering a window on Chase Tower’s south side blew off and struck a neighboring building. Two streets were closed Saturday afternoon.
