WASHINGTON (AP) - District of Columbia fire officials say no one was injured when a building partially collapsed in northeast Washington.

Fire officials say the building was an old tomato packing plant. A large section of brick wall was missing after the collapse on Sunday afternoon, and a light pole and power lines were knocked down.

Fire officials say strong winds may be to blame for the collapse.
