TWIN ROCKS, Pa. (AP) - State police say a driver who fatally struck a teen walking home from an after-prom party appeared to be drunk and will likely face criminal charges.

Police are not naming the 20-year-old driver while the investigation continues into the death of 16-year-old Kai Hrabovsky. He was a sophomore at Homer-Center High School.
