RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - A teenager in Raleigh has been arrested and charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer.
The Raleigh Police Department tells local media that a 16-year-old male was driving a pickup truck with a blue light on the dashboard Saturday when an off-duty police officer saw him. The officer called authorities and reported the teen.
Officers found the teen in northeast Raleigh and arrested him.
