SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Authorities say a man was stabbed on a San Francisco Muni bus following an altercating early Tuesday.

Police says the suspect remains at large.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports (https://bit.ly/1OBy0iG ) the stabbing occurred during a confrontation on board a Muni 14-Mission bus line near Mission and Ninth Streets around 1:30 a.m.

Sgt. Michael Andraychak, a spokesman for the San Francisco Police Department, says the suspect stabbed the man in the torso and then got off the bus. The name and age of the victim was not released. He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made in the case. The case remains under investigation.
