HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Police have arrested a man on charges he killed a mother of five who was found in her central Pennsylvania apartment with a bicycle chain wrapped around her neck.

That information was contained in a warrant issued in the case against 56-year-old Archie Lee Wright.

He was arrested late Monday and charged with criminal homicide and evidence tampering in the death of 37-year-old Tomicka Stubbs, of Swatara Township. That’s just outside of Harrisburg.

She was found dead shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday.

Township police planned a news conference later Tuesday.

According to the warrant, police say Stubbs’ children told them that Wright had recently threatened to kill Stubbs. But police haven’t discussed a motive for the slaying.

Stubbs is in custody and doesn’t have an attorney listed in court records.
