TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A Tulsa man has been sentenced to life in prison in the 2014 shooting death of a man whose body was found in a field.
The Tulsa World (https://bit.ly/27u8EJK ) reports that 25-year-old Kevin Warrior was sentenced Monday in the death of Charles Dews. Warrior had been found guilty of first-degree murder in March.
Authorities say Dews was found on June 4, 2014, with multiple gunshot wounds after police responded to a report of a shooting around 10:45 p.m. that night. He was pronounced dead about an hour later.
Police say Warrior and Dews had an unspecified, ongoing feud.
