ORLAND, Ohio (AP) - A garbage truck has collided with a car in rural southeastern Ohio, killing four people.

State Troopers say the crash happened Wednesday afternoon near Orland, 55 miles southeast of Columbus. The State Highway Patrol says four people in the car died and the truck driver was unhurt.

A dispatcher for the patrol’s Jackson post says further information about what caused the crash and the identities of the people who died are unavailable. Troopers remain at the scene.
