NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Authorities have charged a West Orange man with manslaughter in the death of a Livingston woman.
Police found 32-year-old Lindsay Ulyate unresponsive in her home on Sunday. An autopsy determined she had been strangled.
Essex County prosecutors on Tuesday arrested 33-year-old Dwayne Birchler. He’s held on $150,000 bail and it’s not known if he has a lawyer who can comment on the charge.
