ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) - Two people have been charged in a shooting death in Rock Hill.

York County Coroner Sabrina Gast tells local media outlets that 20-year-old Isaiah Shinn was shot and killed in a car outside a Rock Hill apartment complex early Wednesday.

Police Capt. Mark Bollinger says 24-year-old Ernest Markevius Thompson of Lancaster is charged with murder, possession of a gun during a violent crime and two counts of attempted murder.

Twenty-four—year-old Lauren Nicole Rawlinson of Rock Hill is charged with accessory after the fact of murder.

It was not immediately known if Thompson and Rawlinson have attorneys.

An arrest warrant says Thompson fired 16 times at the car while it was backing away from a drug deal. Shinn was hit while two others in the car were not hurt.
