Minot man found guilty of sexual abuse of a minor

MINOT, N.D. (AP) - A Minot man has been found guilty of having sexual contact with a minor.

KXMC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1YGonzA ) that 38-year-old James Burch Jr. was found guilty of gross sexual imposition and corruption of a minor.

Prosecutors accused Burch of having sex with a 15-year-old girl who was under the influence of drugs in 2012.

A sentencing date has not been set. He faces up to 25 years in prison.
