WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - Three people arrested in the North Dakota oil patch over the winter are accused in federal court of being part of a multi-state drug ring.

Thirty-one-year-old Augustine Jackson, 30-year-old William Barker and 25-year-old Geena Milho are charged in Idaho with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. Six other people are charged in the case.

The Williston Herald reports (https://bit.ly/207kYKo ) that Jackson, Barker and Milho were nabbed in Williston in February after investigators found drugs and cash.

Court documents accuse the defendants of selling heroin, methamphetamine and oxycodone, beginning in at least 2009.

Trial is scheduled Sept. 6 in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho.
