FLORENCE, Ala. (AP) - Police say a man has been fatally stabbed during an argument with his former roommate at a Florence apartment complex.

Florence Police Chief Ron Tyler tells the TimesDaily (https://bit.ly/1X4lwBN) that 33-year-old Eric Lee Moore was stabbed multiple times early Sunday in his apartment and died at a hospital.

Tyler says Moore’s former roommate, 22-year-old Bradley Ray Greenhill, was visiting Moore and has been charged with murder.

Investigators say Greenhill met the officers outside after he asked a neighbor to call 911. He was taken into custody for questioning and later charged.

It is unclear whether Greenhill has an attorney.
