ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Food vendors and famers will soon begin their summer schedule at the state Capitol.

New York’s Office of General Services says a farmers market will return to the Empire State Plaza on Wednesday. Lunchtime food vendors will begin their summer schedule on Monday, May 9.

The Empire State Plaza Farmers Market is held outdoors each Wednesday and Friday for four hours beginning at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The market will feature more than 25 farmers and vendors selling farm goods as well as cheeses, yogurt, wine, cider and baked goods.
