SMITHFIELD, R.I. (AP) - Public safety officials at Bryant University say they’re working with police after several students reported an intruder breaking into their residences and groping them.

WJAR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1WCP9cT ) the university has received five reports of students waking up to a stranger touching them before fleeing the scene. All of the incidents happened in the university’s townhouses.

Officials say additional resources are being made available to victims of the break-ins.
