2nd person dies from injuries in Greenville motorcycle wreck

GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - A second person has died following a motorcycle wreck in Greenville County earlier this month.

Multiple media outlets reported that 55-year-old Tyus Butler died at Greenville Memorial Hospital on Thursday afternoon.

Butler’s wife, Anita, died at the scene when the couple’s motorcycle hit a guard rail on state Highway 418 on May 7.

Tyus Butler was the senior pastor at Labor of the Fields churches in Anderson and Iva.

A memorial service was planned Friday night at the church in Anderson.
