CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say they have charged four teens, including a 16-year-old with murder in the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man in Camden.
Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo said Friday that 18-year-old Raquan Handon, 19-year-old Aaron Swann, 19-year-old Ashan Thomas and a 16-year-old from Merchantville have been charged in the shooting death of 19-year-old Terron Phillips of Camden.
Officials say the defendants were robbing Phillips on Tuesday when the 16-year-old shot him. Phillips died of his injuries on Wednesday at Cooper University Hospital.
The 16-year-old was not identified by authorities.
It’s unclear if the other men have attorneys who could speak on their behalf.
