INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Tamika Catchings scored 14 points and the Indiana Fever held off the Atlanta Dream 94-85 on Friday night.

Indiana was up by 15 after Catchings’ free throw with just under 8 minutes to play when Reshanda Gray led an Atlanta comeback. Gray scored the last seven points in a 9-0 run and then had consecutive baskets as the Dream closed to 88-83 with 2:23 remaining. It was still five after Layshia Clarendon’s putback with 49 seconds left, but Lynetta Kizer and Tiffany Mitchell each made two free throws to seal it.

Marissa Coleman, Shenise Johnson, Devereaux Peters, Kizer and Mitchell each had 12 points for Indiana (2-1). The Fever are fifth in the AP WNBA power poll.

Clarendon and Tiffany Hayes had 19 points apiece, and Angel McCoughtry added 15 for the Dream (1-1), ranked 11th in the poll. Gray had all 11 of her points in the fourth quarter.
