Man found critically injured in his parked car dies

SMYRNA, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a man found critically injured in his car in Smyrna has died.

Troopers said in a news release Friday that 63-year-old James Leager of Clayton died Tuesday at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital.

Police say Leager was found on April 27 unconscious in his car in Smyrna and that he had obvious signs of injuries on his body.

The incident remains under investigation.
