BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - An identity thief who stole more than $39,000 worth of merchandise in a little over a month is going to prison.

Jerry Nicolas of Buffalo was sentenced Wednesday to two to six years in prison after pleading guilty in February to identity theft and related charges.
