ARAPAHO, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking into the possible embezzlement of money from the Arapaho-Butler school district’s senior class.
The OSBI said Friday that the Custer County District Attorney asked the agency to investigate money missing from the Arapaho-Butler Class of 2016.
The amount of money reported missing was not released.
The OSBI says seniors and some of their parents raised the money for a senior trip by working concession stands during sporting events.
The school district is not affiliated with the fundraising effort.
