COLLINSVILLE, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says the death of a Collinsville man is a suspected homicide.

The OSBI says Collinsville police were called to a home in the southern part of the city about 6 a.m. Tuesday where they found 52-year-old Brian Neil Floyd dead in the driveway.

Police also found a woman nearby and she was taken to a Tulsa hospital for injuries that do not appear life-threatening.

Floyd’s body was sent to the state medical examiner to determine the cause and manner of death.

The OSBI says there have been no arrests.
