HANOVER, Md. (AP) - Authorities say a man accused of being a Peeping Tom in a college building has been arrested for the same crime at a shopping mall.

Anne Arundel County Police said in a news release that 25-year-old Zachary Campbell of Baltimore was arrested Monday in Hanover. He is charged with Peeping Tom and other offenses.

Officers say Campbell went into a women’s restroom at Arundel Mills Mall and put his cellphone under the stall a woman was using and began filming her. Police say Campbell was arrested at a nearby fast-foot restaurant.

Authorities say on May 2, Campbell put a cellphone under a stall in a restroom at Towson University. The Capital of Annapolis reports that university police got an arrest warrant for Campbell.

County police served that warrant on Monday.
