NORWOOD, La. (AP) - Louisiana State Police say two Mississippi men died in a head-on collision on Louisiana Highway 19 in East Feliciana Parish.
Trooper Bryan Lee said in a news release the crash early Tuesday morning killed 35-year-old Julius Packnett and 39-year-old Adam McKey, both of Centreville, Mississippi.
Lee says Packnett was southbound on Highway 19 and McKey was northbound, when Packnett’s car crossed the center line and hit McKey’s pickup head-on.
Lee says both drivers were not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene.
