PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a man was shot in the leg following an argument outside a Phoenix convenience store.
Phoenix police say the victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday afternoon.
His name wasn’t immediately released.
Police say three men were riding in the same vehicle that pulled into the parking lot of the store near 59th Avenue and McDowell Road about 3:30 p.m.
They say an argument broke out and one man shot another in the leg.
Following the altercation, one man fled in the vehicle.
The other man was being questioned by officers at the scene.
There’s no immediate word on any arrest in the shooting.
