MUNDS PARK, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say motorists traveling on Interstate 17 near Munds Park and State Route 87 near Clints Well should use caution because of reduced visibility due to smoke from wildfires.

The state Department of Transportation says the smoke is from three small wildfires that the U.S. Forest Service is allowing to burn in the Coconino National Forest.

One of the fires is just east of I-17 near Munds Park. Another is five miles east of Munds Park. A third fire is burning near SR 87 near Clints Well.

The Forest Service is allowing the fires to burn to reduce fuels and the risk of more severe wildfires.
