JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) - Police in Jonesboro say emergency crews are searching for a teenager reportedly swept away by high water.

Police told KAIT (https://bit.ly/20xG1WU ) that witnesses reported a 13-year-old was pulled into a drainage pipe Tuesday in southwest Jonesboro.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood emergency for Craighead County and said a flash flood warning is in effect until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The weather service said an estimated two to five inches of rain had fallen in Jonesboro and surrounding areas between 3 and 5:30 p.m. and that up to four more inches of rain could fall by 7:30 p.m.
