LAS VEGAS (AP) - A New York woman accused of having sex with a man on the High Roller observation wheel above the Las Vegas Strip has pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.

Chloe Scordianos entered a plea Monday through court papers she signed from her home in Hicksville, New York.

Her lawyer Chris Rasmussen told The Las Vegas Review-Journal (https://bit.ly/25jOALM ) that Scordianos is not expected to appear in a Las Vegas courtroom.

Felony sex in public charges were filed after police say Scordianos and 27-year-old Phillip Frank Panzica (pan-ZEE’-kuh) of Houston were seen having sex Feb. 5 in a glass-enclosed cabin on the Ferris-style wheel above the Las Vegas Strip.

Panzica was killed early March 19 outside a strip club where his fiancée worked in his hometown.
