TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A man wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at a south Tulsa apartment complex has been arrested.

Tulsa Sgt. Dave Walker says 40-year-old Jason Anthony was arrested Tuesday evening. Anthony was charged May 16 with first-degree murder, shooting with intent to kill, first-degree burglary and two counts of feloniously pointing a firearm.

Online court records do not list an attorney for Anthony.

Anthony is accused of shooting 42-year-old Michael Fisher on May 14 during a dispute at Woodland Hills Apartments. Police say the shooting stemmed from a disagreement about stolen drugs or money. A woman was also shot in the neck during the same incident and is expected to survive.
